1. Booking and Reservations

1.1 All tour bookings with Kethmin Tours are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

1.2 A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to tour commencement.

1.3 Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1 Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to departure will receive a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.

2.2 Cancellations made between 30-60 days prior to departure will forfeit the deposit.

2.3 Cancellations made within 30 days of departure will forfeit 100% of the tour cost.

2.4 No refunds will be given for unused services or early departure from a tour.

3. Travel Documents and Insurance

3.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and necessary vaccinations.

3.2 Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients and must cover medical expenses, personal accident, repatriation, and cancellation.

3.3 Kethmin Tours is not liable for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation or insurance.

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Clients must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the tour.

4.2 Kethmin Tours reserves the right to refuse participation to any client whose health or behavior may compromise the safety or enjoyment of others.

4.3 Clients are responsible for their own safety and must follow all instructions from guides and tour leaders.

5. Changes and Force Majeure

5.1 Kethmin Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, political unrest, etc.).

5.2 In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, war, etc.), Kethmin Tours will not be liable for any costs incurred by clients.

5.3 We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers force majeure events.
